CERTIFICATIONS AND TESTS

Who qualifies to take the tests?

• Anybody willing to assess their level of French, including young adolescents (DELF Junior).
• Students of Alliance Française, at any level, who wish to assess their skills before or after a session of classes.
• Prospective SHS graduates to French programs at the university who wish to enhance their application.
• Candidates who are seeking admission to a francophone university or employment in a French-speaking country.
• Candidates for employment or career advancement (DELF Professionnel = DELF Pro).

Certifications and Tests

Alliance Française Accra is the only institution accredited to hold examinations endorsed by the French government and to deliver internationally recognised French language diplomas. It is the only exam centre in the Greater Accra Region for all the DELF/DALF diplomas.

Alliance Française Accra offers preparation courses for DELF Junior, DELF Prim, DELF and DALF.

DATES OF DELF/DALF ADULT EXAMS (18+ yrs) in 2023:

DATES OF DELF PRIM EXAMS (12 – 17 yrs) in 2023:

• 20th May
• 29th July

DATES OF DELF JUNIOR EXAMS (07 – 11 yrs) in 2023:

TCF, TCF-ANF and TCF-DAP

TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français), TCF-DAP (Test de Connaissance du Français pour la Demande d’Admission Préalable) and TCF-ANF (Test de Connaissance du Français Accès à la nationalité Française) are intended for non-native French speakers who wish to assess and certify their French skills in a simple, reliable and timely fashion, for academic, professional or personal purposes.
