For Colored Girls

Drama Queens stages "For Colored Girls" in commemoration of 16 days of Activism against Gender Based Violence.
This production reflects the shared lived experiences of women across the world, community, the joys of sisterhood, as well as the shared stories of resilience and solidarity.
In this rendition of Ntozake Shange's classic directed by Efe Favour, we connect through music and movement, the stories of Black women and women of colour in Ghana, Africa and the Black diaspora across the world.
