6PM ** FREE**
From 1948 to the late 1980s, James Barnor developed an exceptional photographic art. Born in Accra in 1929, he opened his photo studio «Ever Young» in the 1950s in Jamestown, then became the country’s first photo-reporter. He spent the Swinging 1960s near London, discovered the color photo and imported it to Ghana in 1971. This exhibition is presented today in Accra, after Bamako and Saint-Louis.
